Shipping Information
Our shipping process consist of daily deliveries of material if available in stock, our stock is shipped within 1 day of receiving an order. Product that is a drop-ship, non-stock or ship direct from manufacturing typically ships within 3-10 business days. For heavy or bulk big volume items that require freight we will contact you with an LTL freight rate. Our website is not capable of handling LTL requests at this time, however, we will always look for the lowest price and reliable transportation convenient for all.
We ship to all our beautiful states, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska. We also serve in Mexico and Canada.
Return Information (RMA)
It is our policy to accept all returns with in the first 10 days and will credit back the full amount of the product.
  • The product must be returned unopened/tampered within its original packaging and labels.
  • buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
  • For orders placed with products that are non-stock and must be ordered directly from the manufacturer, you are subject to a 30% manufacturer’s restocking fee.
It is our policy all made to order products, the returns will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order
  • We will NOT accept returns made after 10 days of you receiving your order.
  • You will need to send an email to insidesales@nationalsafetystore.com requesting return the product and we will provide an RMA number. The RMA number must be printed and shipped with the product back.
Free Shipping Information
The majority of our stock items are free shipping except the large items such as safety cabinets, fire extinguishers and others big/heavy items.
This excludes all orders requiring freight. LTL shipments require a special rate calculation.
Customer’s Shipping Accounts
If you’re paying your shipping with your UPS, Fedex or DHL account when you place an order, we would be happy to ship your products on your own account. For an LTL freight company’s account number, please email us with those details prior to placing your order.
